Description
The US Air Force is soliciting bids for the repair of structural fire trainer buildings 17903 and 17904 at Holloman AFB, NM. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials to perform the work in accordance with the Statement of Work dated 2 Dec 2025. The project duration is 180 calendar days after receiving the notice to proceed.
• The contractor must comply with the proposal preparation requirements in FAR 52.215-1.
• The contractor must furnish any required performance and payment bonds.
• The contractor must begin performance within 1 calendar day and complete it within 180 calendar days after receiving the award notice.
• The contract will be a Firm-Fixed-Price contract.
