TEEX Heavy Equipment Rental – Pool of Vendors

The Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service is seeking bids to establish Master Orders with a pool of vendors to provide heavy equipment rental services for the TEEX campus located in College Station, TX. The services will include the rental of heavy equipment, and the vendors must be able to provide the necessary equipment and services to meet the needs of the TEEX campus. The bid closing date and time is March 26, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. CST. • The solicitation is available on the AggieBid site. • Vendors must register as a bidder within AggieBid to respond to this solicitation electronically. • Responses must be submitted and received no later than 5:00 p.m. CST on or before the indicated closing date. • The bid closing time may change if deemed necessary by Texas A&M University, Procurement Services.
