Description
The Orleans Parish School Board is seeking a contractor to provide language access translation services, including on-demand phone and video interpretation, on-site consecutive and simultaneous interpretation, and document translation. The contractor must be able to host a cloud platform that manages translation and interpretation requests and provides data analysis capabilities. The scope of work will cover NOLA PS district functions and approximately 500 students across 25 school sites. The contract term will be for one year with an option to renew for two additional one-year periods.
• The contractor must provide a range of interpretation and translation service types across multiple languages.
• The contractor must host a cloud platform that manages translation and interpretation requests.
• The contractor must facilitate in-person trainings as requested.
• The contractor must provide a rate per service inclusive of both direct and indirect costs.
• The contractor must comply with all disadvantaged business enterprise, equal employment opportunity, and affirmative action provisions.
