Fire Extinguisher Testing, Inspections and Maintenance Services

The North Carolina Department of Administration is seeking a vendor to provide fire extinguisher testing, inspections, and maintenance services for approximately 2,200 portable hand-held fire extinguishers located in the downtown Raleigh State Government Complex Buildings. The contract term is for one year, with the option to renew for two additional one-year terms. The vendor will be responsible for performing annual inspections, maintenance, testing, servicing, disposal, and recordkeeping for the fire extinguishers. • The vendor must have experience in providing fire extinguisher services. • The vendor must have the necessary equipment and personnel to perform the services. • The vendor must be able to provide a detailed pricing form for the services. • The vendor must be able to provide references and certifications as required. • The vendor must be able to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
