Description
California FIRE is seeking a California‑certified small business to provide a single portable‑toilet unit and weekly cleaning/maintenance services at the Soquel Demonstration State Forest for a three‑year period. The contractor must handle delivery, set‑up, all cleaning tasks, consumables, and any required repairs, with no subcontracting permitted. The work is performed on a weekly basis, Monday‑Friday, and the contractor is responsible for all associated costs (taxes, insurance, transportation, etc.).
• Provide one standard portable toilet (no sink or trailer).
• Perform weekly cleaning, flushing, sanitizing, and restocking of consumables.
• Deliver, install, and maintain the unit for the entire three‑year contract term, with invoicing no more often than monthly and no less than quarterly.
• Only California‑certified small businesses may bid; the prime contractor must perform all work itself.
• All required certifications (Small‑Business, DVBE if applicable, DARFUR‑720, STD‑204, CCC‑04/2017) must be submitted with the bid.
