Description
The Colorado Department of Corrections (CDOC) is seeking a vendor to provide boiler chemicals and treatment services at the Arkansas Valley Correctional Facility (AVCF). The vendor will be required to provide a quote that includes all costs associated with the services. The contract is expected to be for a duration of one year.
• The vendor must provide a certificate of insurance before the purchase order or contract can be executed.
• The vendor must acknowledge acceptance of all terms and conditions of the solicitation, including all attachments.
• The vendor must certify that a conflict of interest does not exist.
