Aqueous Parts Washer Lease & Service

The Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority (SORTA) is seeking proposals for an aqueous parts washer lease and service agreement for three locations. The awarded vendor will be responsible for equipment delivery, installation, ongoing service, maintenance, repairs, and compliance with all applicable regulations. The scope of work includes providing aqueous parts washer units, maintenance, and repairs for a period of two years. The contract will be awarded to the responsible bidder submitting the lowest offer. • The aqueous parts washer units must be heavy-duty stainless steel with manual and automatic operation, preset heating element, and low-water shutoff safety feature. • The vendor must provide a written waste disposal plan and MSDS sheets for all fluids used. • The vendor must conduct a pre-installation site visit to verify electrical access, floor space, clearances, ventilation, and utility requirements. • The vendor must provide basic training for staff on operation and safety. • The vendor must provide a detailed pricing sheet and cost breakdown for the project. • The vendor must certify that they are not debarred, suspended, or proposed for debarment from participating in federal contracts.
