Description
The Nassau Health Care Corporation is soliciting proposals from qualified law firms to provide long-term care legal services, including regulatory and licensing compliance, operations and risk management, community and regulator relations, audit and investigation support, and ongoing advisory and training. The selected firm will work under the direction of NHCC General Counsel and serve as a strategic legal partner, providing counsel that strengthens compliance, governance, and operational performance across NHCC's extended and long-term care programs. Key responsibilities include providing expert legal counsel, supporting NHCC General Counsel, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

The initial contract term will be two years, with annual renewals thereafter, subject to termination provisions.
