Budget estimate

$100,000 – $900,000

The budget for this contract is not explicitly stated in the document. However, the contract price will be calculated based on the sum of annual scheduled inspection, testing, and maintenance for all city buildings and garages, total labor costs, and materials markup total. The city has multiple buildings and libraries, and the cost of inspection, testing, repair, and maintenance of fire alarm systems can vary depending on the size and complexity of the systems. Assuming an average cost of $5,000 to $10,000 per building per year for inspection, testing, and maintenance, and considering the city has around 20-30 buildings and libraries, the total contract value could be in the range of $100,000 to $300,000 per year. With the two one-year options to renew, the total contract value could be in the range of $300,000 to $900,000 over three years.
