Fire, Life and Safety Services Building & Vehicles

The County of Mohave is seeking a contractor to provide annual testing, maintenance, and repairs of fire safety systems in County buildings and vehicles. The scope of work includes fire sprinkler systems, fire extinguishers, commercial kitchen exhaust hood systems, and FACP systems. The contractor must be certified or qualified to perform services in accordance with NFPA standards. • The contractor will be required to provide scheduled annual testing, maintenance, and repairs on all fire systems. • The contractor will be required to perform services in accordance with NFPA standards. • The contractor will be required to provide a price list for frequently used replacement components. • The contractor will be required to maintain and service all County fire safety systems to comply with applicable codes and regulations.
