Description
The State of Vermont’s Department of Buildings and General Services is seeking a vendor to provide a full suite of ID‑badge consumables, hardware, and on‑site servicing for Datacard SD460 printers. The contract will cover blank PVC cards, printing ribbons, hologram laminates, badge cases, retractable reels, breakaway lanyards, and warranty‑backed service support. The award will be a two‑year base contract with up to three optional one‑year extensions, and the vendor must supply samples, meet environmental standards, and adhere to resident‑vendor preferences.
• Supply and replenish consumable items (ribbons, laminates, blank cards) on a “as‑needed” basis.
• Provide hardware accessories (hard‑case, badge reel, lanyard) with sample verification.
• Perform on‑site maintenance and repair of Datacard SD460 ID printers throughout the contract period.
• Meet warranty (≥ 1 year), environmental (recycled‑content, mercury‑free) and certification requirements (climate, Ukrainian‑solidarity).
• Submit pricing electronically by March 12 2026; quarterly sales reports required.
