Description
The City of Fayetteville is seeking a qualified contractor to provide certified athletic officials for a wide range of youth and adult sports programs administered by the Parks & Recreation Department. The contractor will staff, train, and supervise officials for games, ensure timely arrivals, handle complaints, and support a Junior Officials program. Payment is per‑game based on sport‑specific rates, with additional set‑up and booking fees as proposed. The contract runs for one year with possible two‑year extensions.
• Provide officials for approximately 3,000 scheduled games across football, soccer, basketball, baseball, softball, volleyball, indoor soccer, wrestling, and adult leagues.
• Deliver a Junior Officials training program that includes classroom instruction, field mechanics, mentorship, and required game assignments.
• Submit bi‑weekly invoices with detailed documentation; maintain required insurance, licensing, and compliance with E‑Verify and morality clauses.
