Description
The City of Portland is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide medical and industrial gases, including argon, carbon dioxide, helium, and nitrogen. The contractor must be able to provide all items listed on Attachment 2, Bid Form, within 24 hours after order by City personnel. The City intends to award a price agreement to a single bidder, but may award to multiple bidders dependent on what is in the best interest of the City. The price agreements may be written for a period of 5 years with appropriate not-to-exceed annual amounts.
