Description
The Bureau of Reclamation, Eastern Colorado Area Office (ECAO), is seeking a vendor to supply and install a commercially available water-cooled chiller to replace the existing HVAC system. The scope of work includes removal of the existing chiller, supply of a new chiller, mechanical and electrical connections, integration with the existing PLC system, startup, testing, and commissioning. The project is a firm-fixed-price commercial product acquisition with incidental installation, and the NAICS code for this project is 333415 – Air-Conditioning and Warm Air Heating Equipment and Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration Equipment Manufacturing.
• The chiller must be a nominal 50-ton water-cooled chiller.
• The vendor must provide technical supporting documentation, including manufacturer product data and specification sheets, energy efficiency information, and past performance information.
• The project has a period of performance of 90 calendar days from the date of award.
• The government intends to award without discussions, but reserves the right to conduct discussions if necessary.
