Trimble User Licenses

The Florida Department of Transportation is seeking bids for the purchase of Trimble user licenses. The licenses include 50 Trimble TerraFlex premium user licenses and 3 Trimble Catalyst 30 GNSS positioning-as-a-service user licenses, both with 12-month subscriptions. The licenses will be used by the Department of Transportation. Bidders must be registered in the State of Florida's MyFloridaMarketplace system and must submit their bids electronically. The bid deadline is January 6, 2026, at 9:00 AM EST. • The licenses must be delivered and activated by January 23, 2026. • The bidder must provide a warranty for the licenses for at least 90 days from the date of acceptance. • The bidder must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to nondiscrimination and equal opportunity. • The bidder must submit a completed In-State Preference Form and a Vendor Certification Regarding Scrutinized Companies Lists form with their bid.
