GMTI Stewardship and Sustainment services

The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) intends to award a sole-source contract for GMTI Stewardship and Sustainment services. The required services include providing stewardship, sustainment, and quality assurance services for the Global Master Trainer Institute (GMTI) program. The Institute for Healthcare Excellence (IHE) is the only source capable of providing the required services. The purpose of this requirement is to maintain consistency, certification integrity, and training quality across all nine Defense Health Networks. • The GMTI program is a proprietary, enterprise-wide training infrastructure that has already been successfully implemented. • The IHE is the sole developer and owner of the GMTI methodology and the RELATIONS® for Healthcare Transformation (RHT) curriculum. • The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 611430 Professional and Management Development Training. • The PSC Code is U008– Education/Training- Training/Curriculum Development.
