The Bureau of Engraving and Printing is requesting a quote for paper blue interleaving supplies. The quote should include a firm fixed price for all items, and the estimated delivery date. The Government intends to evaluate quotes and award a contract without discussions with Quoters. The quote should include full specifications of proposed items, and the Quoter shall address technical and price factors.

• The quote should include firm, fixed pricing in U.S. Dollars for all items to include shipping cost.
• The Quoter agrees to hold the prices in its quote firm for 60 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of quotes.
