The Maryland State Highway Administration (MDOT SHA) is seeking a qualified small‑business electrical contractor to provide on‑call maintenance, repair, installation and emergency services for the Westminster Shop and satellite facilities throughout Carroll County. The contract is a fixed‑price, 48‑month award with a “pay‑as‑you‑go” hourly rate structure, requiring a Master Electrician’s license, at least five years of commercial experience, and a minimum crew of two licensed journeymen plus helpers. Bidders must submit three recent references, attend an optional pre‑bid conference, and be certified under the Governor’s Small Business Reserve program.
