Description
The United States Marine Corps is seeking to procure six musical band instruments, including an alto saxophone, French horn, Nord Stage 4 keyboard, vibraphone, sousaphone, and concert chimes. The instruments must meet specific brand name and model requirements. The contract will be a firm-fixed price purchase order, and the award will be based on price and technical acceptability.
• The contractor must provide new, unused, current production band instruments meeting the specified requirements.
• The contractor must provide documentation to support their capability to meet the required brand name products and services.
• The contract will include a payment term of 90 days, unless otherwise stated in the quote.
• The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
• The contractor must implement the Department of War (DOW) web-based application, Wide-Area Workflow (WAWF), for payment requests and receiving reports.
