Providers must be licensed clinicians (MD, DO, PA‑C, APRN for neurology; PhD/PsyD in clinical neuropsychology) with New Jersey business registration and at least one year of pediatric experience. Services include in‑person or tele‑health assessments, written reports, consultation with case managers and parents, and optional training for district staff. All deliverables are to be performed at district locations; travel costs are not reimbursed. Extensive documentation (affirmative‑action, anti‑collusion, political contribution disclosures, etc.) is required, all signed in original ink.

Budget estimate

$50,000 – $150,000

The RFP does not disclose a budget. Based on typical school‑district pediatric neuro‑evaluations (approximately $400‑$800 per student) and assuming a modest case load of 80‑200 students over the year, the contract value could range from roughly $50,000 to $150,000. Factors influencing the final amount include the number of evaluations performed, hourly vs. flat‑rate pricing structures, and any supplemental training sessions requested by the district.
