Description
The US Air Force is seeking quotes for the upgrade of ADVANTOR VMS and CCTV equipment. The contractor shall provide all subject materials and equipment, which should be approved for use within Air Force Security/Detection Systems. The contractor shall also coordinate with Government POCs for delivery and installation. The quotes should be valid for a minimum of 120 days, and the Government reserves the right to award on an "All or None" basis. The contract will be for a firm fixed price, and the payment will be made by electronic funds transfer.
* Key features of the contract include:
* The contractor shall deliver all items under a contract line, subline, or exhibit line item
* The contractor shall provide a unique item identifier for the delivered items
* The contractor shall report the unique item identifier information at the time of delivery
* The contractor shall use the Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) system for electronic invoicing
* The contractor shall submit payment requests and receiving reports through WAWF
