Budget estimate

$150,000 – $300,000

The solicitation does not disclose a contract value. Comparable underwater structural assessment contracts for port facilities typically range from $150,000 to $300,000 depending on the extent of documentation, number of divers required, and reporting depth. Factors influencing the final price include the length of the bulkhead (≈645 ft), the number of ultrasonic test points (≈130), travel and mobilization costs for certified divers, and the level of detail required in the final report.
