Description
The US Government Publishing Office is seeking a contractor to digitize approximately 18,000 pages of documents, including 2-sided GBC bound documents, blueprints, envelopes, faxes, and other materials. The contractor will be required to provide high-resolution scans (300 ppi, 16-bit) in multiple page PDF files. The contract will be awarded based on the estimated total of 18,000 originals, and the contractor will be required to provide an additional rate for multiple sizes. The contractor will also be required to disassemble and cut apart books, reassemble them, and perform other tasks as necessary. The project requires a high level of quality assurance, and the contractor will be required to provide digital samples for review by the agency during production.
