The VA Caribbean Healthcare System is seeking a short‑term bridge contract to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC water chillers at its facilities. The work is to be performed by the incumbent, Multi Air Services Engineers, Corp., under a sole‑source justification. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision and related non‑personnel services required to keep the chillers operational. This is a notice of intent rather than a formal solicitation; interested parties must submit evidence that competition would be advantageous.
• Scope includes routine preventive inspections, servicing, and repair of HVAC water‑chiller units.
• All resources (personnel, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision) must be supplied by the contractor.
