On-Call Construction Inspection Services

The Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District (EVMWD) is seeking up to three qualified consulting firms to provide on‑call construction inspection services for water, recycled‑water, and sewer infrastructure projects. The contract is a Professional Services Agreement with a two‑year base term beginning February 2027 and two optional one‑year extensions.
