Ector County is seeking proposals for advertising and sponsorship opportunities on a three-sided marquee located at the intersection of TX Highway 191 and US Highway 385 in Odessa, Texas. The marquee provides exceptional visibility to thousands of daily commuters, residents, and visitors. The selected proposer will be responsible for providing high-quality, weather-resistant, UV-stable printed material, professional design artwork, installation, and removal of advertising materials. The contract term will match the sponsorship tier selected, with options for 1, 3, or 5 years. • The marquee has six available advertising panels, each with dimensions of 4 ft 6 in (H) × 10 ft (W). • The traffic count is approximately 114,000 vehicles per day. • The proposer must provide proof of insurance meeting County standards and indemnification of Ector County. • The proposer must comply with all federal, state, and local regulations. • The County reserves the right to cancel the contract at any time with thirty (30) days' prior written notification.
