Description
The US Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a contractor to replace aging HVAC systems and solve issues with thermal comfort at Buffumville Lake, Charlton, MA. The work includes replacing fan coil units and condensing units with new heat pump systems, providing ventilation air through a new energy recovery ventilator, and insulating existing and new heating hot water piping and domestic hot and cold-water piping. The contractor will also be responsible for removing the existing radiant slab and abandoning the under-slab piping.
