Description
The Jones County School System is seeking bids for fresh produce for the School Nutrition Program. The contract will commence on July 1, 2026, and terminate on June 30, 2027. The selected vendor will be required to provide products in accordance with the Standard Terms and Conditions, Special Terms and Conditions, and the IFB. The SFA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
• The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for up to four additional one-year terms.
• The vendor must comply with the Buy American provision and provide domestically produced commodities or products.
• The vendor must also comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• The SFA will evaluate bids based on price, quality, and other factors.
• The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
