911 Dispatch Furniture

The Commonwealth of Kentucky is seeking bids for 911 dispatch furniture. The furniture must meet the ANSI/HFES 100-2007 Human Factors Engineering of Computer Workstations standards. Bids will be evaluated based on the percentage discount off the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) for items on their offered catalog and the hourly rate charged for installation. Vendors must submit their bids online, including their discount percentage and hourly rate for installation. • The solicitation includes a list of line items, including keyboard/input surface-sitting/standing furniture. • Vendors must enter their discount percentage as a whole number in the pricing section of the online bid. • The hourly rate for installation services must be entered in the comments section of the online bid. • The terms and conditions of the solicitation are outlined in Attachment A.
