Description
The Teacher Retirement System of Texas is seeking a qualified distributor to provide Progress Corticon software license services. The contract term will be from September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2027. The selected respondent will be required to provide the following goods and services: Corticon Studio Progress Software, Corticon Server+.NET Progress Software, and other related products. The respondent must be an authorized distributor of Progress Corticon software maintenance services and provide proof of authorization. Some key aspects of the contract include:
• The contract term is from September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2027.
• The respondent must provide the specified Progress Corticon software products.
• The respondent must be an authorized distributor of Progress Corticon software maintenance services.
• The contract may be renewed for up to one year.
• The respondent must comply with the Historically Underutilized Business Subcontracting Plan Requirements and Information.
• The respondent must provide written notice of any known or potential issues with service performance within 24 hours.
• The respondent must provide an action plan to resolve any known or potential service performance issues and status updates as required by TRS.
