J065--MIM Software Upgrades, Support Services, and Licensing B 3

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking information from potential contractors to provide MIM software upgrades, support services, and licensing for the Portland VA Medical Center. The contract will be a firm-fixed price service contract, and the period of performance will be from March 1, 2026, to February 28, 2030. The contractor will be required to provide all resources necessary to provide service coverage of the MIM software package and any ancillary equipment needed to accomplish mandatory software upgrades and repairs for equipment. The contractor must also provide unlimited telephone technical support, onsite response, and corrective maintenance and repairs. • The contractor must be an authorized service provider of MIM Software Inc. • The contractor must have access to OEM parts. • The contractor must provide a courtesy quote for the base year and three option years. • The contractor must have a capabilities statement addressing the requirements in the Statement of Work.
