Description
The Government Publishing Office (GPO) is seeking a qualified printer to produce a set of large‑format graphic items for the North Carolina National Guard. The work includes producing yard signs, retractable and outdoor banners, and posters, all to precise material, color, and quality‑assurance specifications, and delivering them on pallets with lift‑gate service. The contractor must provide press‑quality proofs, meet trapping and screen‑angle requirements, and handle separate packaging for each recruiter’s materials.
• 150 yard signs (18×24 in, double‑sided Coroplast, wire stakes) – 50 of each of three designs
• 14 retractable banners (33×81 in, 13‑oz vinyl, includes stands) – 2 of each of seven designs
• 4 outdoor banners (48×96 in, double‑stitched, grommets) – 2 of each of two designs
• 25 posters (18×24 in, 100‑lb uncoated stock) – 5 copies of each of five designs
• Delivery to Bowers Building, Raleigh, NC by June 1 2026; lift‑gate truck required, palletized packaging, separate packs per recruiter.
