RFI - GEIS Network Illumina Sequencing Platform Modernization

The Global Emerging Infections Surveillance (GEIS) Branch of the Defense Health Agency (DHA) is seeking information on commercial items that can provide the capabilities described in the RFI. The goal is to replace existing MiSeq, MiniSeq, and iSeq100 sequencers with Illumina MiSeq i100 Plus Next-Generation Sequencing systems. The new systems should include onboard DRAGEN secondary analysis and room-temperature stable reagents.
