The U.S. Government Publishing Office (GPO) issued RFQ 471‑010 for the procurement of 2,271 promotional items for the Indian Health Service. The contractor must provide vector‑based PDF proofs, receive approval before production, imprint the IHS logo where required, package each item individually, and ship the complete order to Chinle, Arizona by May 18 2026. • Produce a variety of sensory fidget toys, coloring books, safety apparel, and accessories according to the item‑by‑item list (e.g., 100 Pinball Gyro Fidgets, 100 Mindfulness Coloring Books, 50 Reflective Vests, etc.).
• Provide virtual PDF proofs for each item; production cannot begin until an “OK” is received.
• Pack each unit separately, label cartons with required GPO information, and ship traceably to the Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility.
• Comply with Buy‑American certification, warranty (one‑year), and inspection requirements (ANSI/ASQC Z1.4 Level I and S‑2).
