Purge & Trap Concentrator and Autosampler with Chiller

The City of Newport News is seeking bids from qualified firms to furnish and install a Purge and Trap Concentrator and an Autosampler with Chiller system for the Waterworks Department. The system must be compatible with the City's Shimadzu Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry system and include all necessary accessories for a turnkey installation. The contractor shall provide professional installation, comprehensive onsite training, and an extended warranty. • The Purge and Trap Concentrator shall be an EST Analytical Encon Evolution or equivalent. • The Autosampler shall be an EST Analytical Centurion Water-Only Purge and Trap Autosampler or technical equivalent. • The system shall be fully validated for seamless operation with the EST Evolution 2 Concentrator and the Shimadzu GCMS-QP2020 NX. • The contractor shall provide a minimum of one year warranty and optional extended warranty costs. • The contract shall continue until completion of the project, with an option for extension based on licensing, support, and maintenance requirements.
