Vending Machine Services

The State of Missouri is seeking a vendor to provide vending machine services for the Department of Social Services, Family Support Division, Rehabilitation Services for the Blind. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing, installing, stocking, maintaining, servicing, repairing, and replacing vending machines at various locations throughout the state. The contract period is for one year, and the contractor must meet minimum experience requirements and provide specific machine and product specifications. The contractor will also be required to submit monthly commission reports and comply with various business compliance exhibits. • Minimum experience requirements: 5 years of verifiable professional experience in providing vending machine services • Specific machine requirements: coin and credit card operated vending machines, transaction counters, and winterized vending machines • Specific product specifications: nationally advertised name brands of first quality, compliance with FDA Food Labeling regulations • Accounting requirements: monthly commission reports, payment of commissions to the Lions Business Opportunities for the Missouri Blind • Business compliance exhibits: E-Verify documentation, Anti-Discrimination Against Israel Act certification, Services Outside the United States, Employee/Conflict of Interest
