Description
This solicitation seeks a qualified HVAC contractor to perform a one‑time preventive‑maintenance (PM) visit at each of four DHR sites in Alabama (Chilton County, Autauga County, Elmore County, and the ISD Warehouse in Montgomery). The contractor must replace/clean filters, inspect and service chillers, heat pumps, air‑handling units, boilers, condensers, fans, and related components, complete all quarterly inspection forms, and provide documented evidence (photos, signed reports). Any deficiencies identified must be quoted for repair, and repairs must be completed by 30 Sept 2026. Water‑treatment testing is required for eleven specific county offices. The work is performed on an appointment‑only basis, with technicians signing in at each county office and delivering completed inspection documentation on‑site.
• Perform comprehensive HVAC, boiler, chiller, and cooling‑tower PM tasks (filter change, coil cleaning, belt/pulley inspection, refrigerant checks, etc.) at each location.
• Complete and obtain signatures on the required inspection forms (site‑specific letters) and provide before‑and‑after photographs.
• Provide written repair quotes for any deficiencies; repairs must be approved via PO and finished by 30 Sept 2026.
• Conduct certified water‑treatment testing for the 11 designated counties and submit analysis reports.
• Operate under strict licensing requirements (Alabama HVAC contractor, refrigeration, gas‑fitter, EPA Section 608) and liability coverage for any damage caused.
