Employee Assistance Program Services (Post Extension)

The City of Albany is seeking a qualified entity to provide Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services to its full-time and part-time employees and their dependents. The selected proposer will be required to provide a full-service EAP administrator and provider, including consultation, individual participant case management, mediation services, and orientations, trainings, seminars, and wellness workshops. The contract period will commence in or about the effective date and shall expire on December 31, 2027, with the option to extend for three additional one-year periods. • The EAP services should include consultation regarding the program, individual participant case management, mediation services, and orientations, trainings, seminars, and wellness workshops. • The proposer should have a minimum of three-to-five years of experience in EAP service work and should submit documentation to substantiate their work experience. • The City will evaluate the proposals based on the proposer's demonstrated capabilities, professional qualifications, and experience in providing the scope of work outlined in the RFP. • The selected proposer will be required to execute a contract with the City and provide proof of insurance as required by the City.
