2000 Watt Laser Cleaner

The State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation, is seeking bids for a Bescutter 2000 Watt Laser Cleaner or MnDOT approved equal. The contract is anticipated to be from December 1, 2025, to November 30, 2026, with the option to extend up to an additional twelve months. The estimated total dollar value of the contract for one year is $50,000 to $60,000. Responders must submit their bids through the SWIFT Supplier Portal. • The contract requires the provision of a Bescutter 2000 Watt Laser Cleaner or MnDOT approved equal. • The responder must provide equipment sales literature, technical data, or specifications, a user manual, or other documentation about the product upon request by the State. • The responder must submit all requested documentation, including Attachment A: Responder Declarations, Attachment C: Workforce and Equal Pay Declaration Page, and Attachment D: Additional Information. • The State reserves the right to reject any and all responses received, waive or modify any informalities, irregularities, or inconsistencies in the responses received, and require responders to conduct presentations, demonstrations, or submit samples.
