Description
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is seeking a contractor to provide cleaning services for the Desert NWR Visitor Center and Administrative Office area. The contractor will be responsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating, and ensuring the completion of all work under this contract. The cleaning efforts and requirements vary with seasons and visitation fluctuations, and the contractor must be able to adapt to these changes. The contract is for a one-year period with an option to extend for an additional six months. The contractor must have previously held the contract, performed the work, and completed all requirements in full compliance, demonstrating accountability and successful contract fulfillment.
