The State of Tennessee seeks a qualified vendor to provide a five‑year program of continuing‑education seminars and twice‑year newsletters for the Tennessee Auctioneer Commission. The contractor will be responsible for all aspects of seminar delivery—including venue selection, catering, instructor recruitment, live‑streaming, on‑demand access, certification, record‑keeping, and post‑event reporting—and for producing, approving, and distributing a 2‑3‑page newsletter twice per fiscal year. No minimum attendance is guaranteed; the contractor must price per attendee and manage all logistics across the state’s three grand divisions.
• Deliver three in‑person seminars each fiscal year (Eastern, Middle, Western divisions) with live‑streaming and on‑demand availability.
• Provide all venue, catering, hotel, instructor, and staffing services; submit program outlines ≥30 days prior to each event.
• Produce and distribute two newsletters per fiscal year (2–3 pages each), handling design, editing, approval, and mailing/e‑mail distribution.
• Maintain five‑year records, submit attendance and certification data, and comply with extensive insurance, data‑security, and nondiscrimination requirements.
• Work within a $300,000 maximum contract ceiling ($60,000 per fiscal year), invoicing monthly after service acceptance.
