RFP Transit Facilities Maintenance and Signposting Services

The City of Los Angeles Department of Transportation is seeking proposals from qualified firms or contractors to manage, maintain, and landscape eight LADOT transit facilities, including five Metrolink Stations, two park-and-ride lots, and one transit hub. The selected contractor will also be responsible for managing transit sign maintenance, fabrication, and installation. The contract is expected to be a five-year contract, with the possibility of extension. The contractor will be required to develop a Facilities Management Plan and a Sign Management and Maintenance Plan, and will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed in accordance with the contract requirements.
