California Department of Transportation seeks a qualified contractor to provide ongoing software support, maintenance, enhancements, and deployment services for its Bentley MicroStation, OpenCities Map, and associated Civil 3D‑to‑MicroStation conversion tools. The work includes code maintenance (VBA/MDL/C#), GIS configuration support, conversion script support, patch deployment, and comprehensive documentation/knowledge‑transfer. The contract is a 24‑month, fixed‑price effort not to exceed $528,000, with technical and cost scoring determining award. Bidders must submit two sealed physical packages (technical and cost) by the deadline, comply with extensive California‑state regulatory, insurance, security, and subcontracting restrictions, and disclose any use of generative AI.
• Maintain and troubleshoot existing MicroStation and OpenCities Map customizations (VBA, MDL, C#).
