Description
The South Huntington Union Free School District is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a full range of signage products and, optionally, installation services for multiple school sites. The contract is a one‑year fixed‑price agreement with possible extensions, and the vendor must meet strict licensing, bonding, insurance, and performance requirements. The district will award to the lowest responsible bidder who can satisfy the specifications and deliver quality signs on schedule.
• Supply of various interior and exterior signs (design, dimensions, and materials to be defined per order).
• Optional on‑site installation of the supplied signs, including all labor and equipment.
• Vendor must provide a 10 % bid bond, a 100 % performance bond, and comprehensive insurance (CGL, automobile, EPLI, umbrella) naming the district as additional insured.
• Delivery tickets signed by the Lead Custodian are required for each shipment; all work must comply with NY State labor laws and district policies.
