Description
The US Air Force is soliciting quotes for the procurement and installation of Audio-Visual (A/V) equipment for a conference room at the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) at Maxwell-Gunter Annex AFB, AL. The equipment includes a new display, Audio Visual (AV) Bar, sound masking solution, and control processing. The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, and supervision to complete the work. The solicitation is restricted to small businesses, and the contractor must possess a minimum of a favourably adjudicated Tier 3 (Secret) clearance and an appropriate facility security clearance letter at a minimum of Secret.
• The contractor must provide a project milestone plan with a timeline from issuance of the contract to completion.
• The contractor must submit a dated quote on company letterhead with unit prices and extended prices.
• The contractor must provide manufacturer specifications, literature, or brochures that clearly meet the requirements outlined in the Statement of Requirements (SOR) paragraphs 4.1.1-4.5.1.
• The contractor must be registered and active in the DoD Systems for Award Management (SAM) database at the time of quotation submission.
