The California Highway Patrol (CHP) is seeking a DGS‑certified small‑business or micro‑business to provide quarterly preventive‑maintenance services for HVAC equipment at its Newhall Area Office, plus periodic ice‑machine and reverse‑osmosis water‑treatment maintenance. The contract falls under Gov. Code §14838.5 (contracts $5,000.01‑<$250,000) and will run on an as‑needed basis starting May 1 2026, with the possibility of extensions. Bidders must hold a C‑20 contractor license, provide required insurance, and submit a detailed quarterly rate proposal.
