Description
The California Department of Veterans Affairs is soliciting quotes from California Small Businesses (SB) and Micro Businesses (MB) certified by the Department of General Services for Back-up Non-Emergency Wheelchair-Accessible Transportation Services. The services are for the Veterans Home of California - Lancaster. The term of the agreement is from March 1, 2026, or upon date of approval, whichever is later, through February 28, 2029. The scope of work includes providing transportation services as described in the Solicitation for Quote (SFQ) and the Sample Agreement.
• The SFQ is open to all eligible certified Small and Micro Businesses that meet the qualification requirements.
• The award of the contract will be based on the lowest responsive responsible quote.
• The proposer must submit all required documents, including the Quote Rate Sheet, Payee Data Record, and Contractor Certification Clauses.
• The State reserves the right to reject any proposal that does not meet the requirements or is deemed nonresponsive.
