Description
The Department of Michigan Department of Transportation is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial and grounds services for the Turkeyville Rest Area in the Southwest Region. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the rest area, including the buildings, grounds, and surrounding areas. The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder who receives a PASS for each criterion and has the lowest price.
• The contractor must provide all necessary equipment, materials, and labor to perform the services.
• The contractor must have experience in providing similar services.
• The contractor must have a valid business license and be registered with the State of Michigan.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• The contractor must provide proof of insurance and bonding.
