GSA Fleet Lease Vehicle Auction & Marshalling Services Redding, CA

The General Services Administration (GSA) Office of Fleet Management (GSA Fleet) is seeking information from potential contractors to provide vehicle auction and marshalling services or marshalling only services for government vehicles in Redding, CA. The services required include advising on optimal disposition strategy, performing vehicle inspections, providing recommendations on vehicle repairs and pricing, creating and executing marketing plans, and facilitating payment collection. Interested parties must be located within 50 miles of the Redding, CA area and must be the owner or legal lessee of the facility. • The contractor will be responsible for providing auction and marshalling services, including advising on optimal disposition strategy, performing vehicle inspections, and creating and executing marketing plans. • The contractor will also be responsible for providing marshalling only services, including transporting vehicles to and from vendor locations, inspecting vehicles upon delivery, and performing telematics device installation and/or activation. • The contractor must be able to provide services for a variety of vehicle types, including electric vehicles, and must be able to scale charging capabilities to meet the needs of increasing electric vehicle adoption. • The contractor must also be able to provide customer service and support to bidders/buyers throughout the sales process and to GSA Fleet and customer agencies throughout the marshalling process.
