The Navajo Nation’s Division of Children and Family Services is seeking qualified vendors to provide venue space, full audio‑visual equipment, and catering for its 2025 Developmental Disabilities Program (DDP) Conference, which will host 300 participants over two days. The vendor must supply a meeting room for 300 attendees, two days of lunch service, registration furniture, and all necessary A/V infrastructure. Submissions must be received by June 16, 2025, and must include required certifications and insurance documentation.
